Service Description
90 minutes to discuss your health challenges and goals as well as your diet, sleep habits, stress, etc, and create a plan to help you on your journey towards vibrant health! If this is your first appointment, please be sure to fill our your new client intake paperwork as soon as possible (available on my website on the Work with Me page, just above where you booked your appointment). *If you have bloodwork you would like me to review from an outside lab, please submit it at least 3 days prior to our appointment via email to info@ravensmoonholisticwellness.com. If you would like me to order bloodwork for you, we can have you do it either before the appointment or after, whichever you would prefer, email me to discuss options.
