This is a new spin on an old classic! This chai tea is delicious and includes the added benefits of some of my favorite immune supportive herbs. It does require a longer steep time (30-45 minutes) to pull out the medicinal properties, but it is definitely worth it! And, if you're in a hurry, you can cut it short and just enjoy the tea for its amazing flavor.
All Organic Ingredients: Cinnamon Chips, Fennel, Ginger Root, Rose Hips, Cloves, Astragalus Root, Black Pepper
Directions for use: To make, simmer 2 cups of water with 3 TBS of chai for 30-45 minutes. When finished simmering, strain and add ½ cup of your preferred milk (I prefer coconut!) and 1-2 TBS of honey. You want this one to simmer for longer than a usual tea because you want to pull out the medicinal properties of the immune supportive herbs. Enjoy!! (Feel free to halve this recipe if you want to make less, or you can refrigerate any leftovers and gently reheat later or drink cold!)
