Lazy Summer Afternoon Tea

Crafted during the COVID Summer of 2020, this tea helped me get through the quarantine blues, as well as higher than normal stress levels. It is a stronger flavored tea due to the hibiscus, but is balanced out nicely with locally grown holy basil and lemon balm. This is great hot, iced, or as sun tea!

Ingredients: Locally Grown Holy Basil, Hibiscus*, Locally Grown Lemon Balm, Lemongrass*, Skullcap*, Licorice Root*, MIlky Oats*, Oatstraw

(*indicates organic)

Directions for use: Pour just boiling water over 2-3 tsp's tea. Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, pour into your favorite mug or over ice, and enjoy!

My teas are all loose leaf, using only organic, locally grown, or ethically wildcrafted ingredients. I have two sizes, 1 oz and 3 oz.
