There are two sizes to choose from. 
 
The full size box includes:
-The e-zine from Natural Herbal Living going in depth on Rose
-The herbal project helping you to learn to make your own kitchen medicine
-The herb in 2-3 forms (depending on the featured herb, this could be dried, tincture, essential oil, hydrosol, etc)
-2-3 herbal goodies featuring the herb. This could be teas and other beverages, tincture blends, bath salts, body oils, etc
-Bonus items, which may include spice blends, seeds, beauty related items
 
The mini box includes:
-The e-zine from Natural Herbal Living going in depth on Rose
-The herbal project helping you to learn to make your own kitchen medicine
-The herb in 1-3 forms (depending on the featured herb, this could be dried, tincture, essential oil, hydrosol, etc)
*Items in the mini box may be smaller sizes than what is included in the full box, it depends on the herb*
