If you ask me what is in my usual morning cup of tea, this is it! These herbs are incredibly nutritive, nourishing, and wonderful for daily use.
Ingredients: Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Red Clover, Peppermint Leaf (caffeine free)
Directions for use: Pour just boiling water over 1 TBS tea. Cover and let steep for at least 20-30 minutes, or overnight if possible. Strain, pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy! You can gently reheat if desired.
My teas are all loose leaf, using only organic, locally grown, or ethically wildcrafted ingredients. I have two sizes, 1 oz and 3 oz.
