I take a whole body, holistic approach to health and healing. I believe in the body's innate ability to heal, and it is my goal to partner with you to support you on your own healing journey. I am a root cause practitioner always asking the question "why"? If you are struggling with chronic/systemic health problems, there is always a reason. Let's work together to find it. I specialize in bioenergetic testing, and feel called to work with clients ready to address underlying energetic toxicity and address root cause. All new clients are required to begin with a Comprehensive Bioenergetic Scan (you can also choose to do optional bloodwork if you wish). You can find more information about each type of testing located below.

For your first appointment, I offer either 90 or 60 minute appointments, and for follow ups you can choose 90, 60, or 30 minutes. During our time together we will do a full health history intake and discuss things such as diet, sleep, self care, and stress. We will review any test results, discuss your energetic toxin load, and help peel back the layers and address health concerns holistically. We will dive deep and discuss your health challenges and goals, and help to balance the body using nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbs/supplements, and mind body practices. Each time you have you appointment with me, you will leave empowered with a full action plan.

Info on Bio-Energetic Testing

I am very excited to offer in-house bioenergetic testing. This incredible testing method will help us to uncover your energetic imbalances including: environmental and food sensitivities, hormonal and nutritional imbalances, and resonating toxins (molds, chemicals, parasites, viruses, bacteria and heavy metals). Info on Bloodwork

I offer bloodwork lab testing for any client wanting to view their bloodwork from a functional perspective. Depending on where you live, we can find a lab that is convenient for you for the blood draw (prior to booking, please check here to see if there is a lab location near you). I am trained to review bloodwork from a functional perspective and can use the results to uncover patterns of chronic imbalance.

Conditions I Support

I work with a variety of complex conditions. Many of my clients have unexplained symptoms, and seek out my care when they have not been helped through other forms of testing. Some common themes I tend to work with (this is not an exhaustive list): infertility (or general fertility support/pregnancy prep), GI disorders (IBS/Crohn's/irritable bowel/GERD/parasites), mold illness/unexplained respiratory symptoms, food and environmental sensitivities. I also work kids on the spectrum and other complex childhood illnesses.

Other Things to Know

Holistic healing is not a quick fix. I feel called to work with individuals ready to commit to their healing process. The general rule of thumb is that for every year of symptoms, it will take one month of balancing work. For best results, please plan on 6-12 months of working together (generally meeting every 4-6 weeks).

I am located in Nebraska, but my clinic is entirely virtual. I work with clients remotely all over the United States. Bioenergetic testing can be done for anyone in the US, and I can offer bloodwork for every state except in NY, RI and NJ. I am no longer accepting International clients due to shipping delays and complications with supplements.

Supplements and herbs are a necessary part of the work. We will always work within your budget and the decision will always be yours on what you choose to move forward with, but it's important to know that the cost of supplements and or/herbs can range from $200-$400 per month. These are expected to be used short term during the healing process, and will be weaned down as we are able to.

I work with adults and children of all ages. We are able to utilize bioenergetic testing for even the youngest children. The process for working with kids is the same as with adults, read my step by step guide to learn more.

Unfortunately I am not able to accept insurance, and none of the work we do is reimbursable from insurance (nothing I do is diagnostic or medical).
